BASIC SUPPLEMENTS for BODY ELECTRONICS


1. SUPER FOOD ENZYMES: 1-2 capsules or 1/4 - 1/2 tsp powder with each meal or more as desired

2. COENZYME MINERALS: 2-12 capsules or 3-9 ounces per day or more as desired

3. B.E. Liquid (Grainfields): 1-4 ounces B.E. LIQUID per day or more as desired

4. MATURE GREEN PAPAYA: 2-4 tablets or 1/2 - 1 Tbsp powder per meal or more as desired

5. COD LIVER OIL: Adults and children over 12 years: 1 tsp (5 ml) daily of a high vitamin cod liver oil. Pregnant and nursing women may wish to double this amount. For children between 3 months and 12 years, use half this amount.

The above five supplements are the most essential for most people.

Depending upon the types and amounts of fats and oils in the diet, it may also be wise to consume up to 1 oz (30 ml or 2 US Tbsp) daily of a FLAX OIL BLEND.
